We place Team Leaders, Shift Supervisors and Production Supervisors into short and medium term engagements with clients who need capable leadership coverage without the permanent headcount commitment.
What makes this different from standard casual labour hire?

• $60 per hour + superannuation. You are compensated as the professional you are.

• You are placed as a leader, not as an operator. Your FLL experience is exactly what clients are paying for.

• You gain exposure to different operations, industries, and leadership challenges. Most people spend a decade in one site and call it experience. You will see more in 12 months.

• You are enrolled in the Evolving Leaders program — 12 hours of structured leadership development, monthly group sessions, and one-on-one check-ins after every placement. You are not just working. You are developing.

• You choose your availability. Engagements range from single shifts to multi-month placements. You are not locked in.

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Production Supervisor in a manufacturing, food production, FMCG, or supply chain environment

• Strong safety awareness and understanding of WHS responsibilities at supervisor level

• Ability to establish authority and build team trust quickly in an unfamiliar environment

• Australian citizen or permanent resident with full right to work (or valid work visa with appropriate conditions)

• Availability across Australia in the main population centres Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth
