John Bradbury

For more than two decades, John has helped operations across manufacturing and supply chain — food, pharmaceuticals, paper and defence — develop the frontline leadership that lifts both performance and the working lives of the people doing the work.

Before founding Workplace Culture, he spent twenty years in manufacturing leadership in the UK and Australia, including leading teams of 250+ across multiple production lines in unionised environments. That experience is the foundation of everything he teaches: he has done the job, not just studied it.

John is an accredited Integral Coach and a licensed practitioner of The Collaborative Way®, having been trained personally by its founder, Lloyd Fickett. He is also an iEQ9 Enneagram practitioner, with a grounding in Gestalt and somatic practice, and the author of I Collaborate: Strategies and Coaching Practices for Leaders — a practical book on why teams so often fail to work well together, and what leaders can do to change it.

That combination — decades on the floor alongside a serious commitment to human development — is what shapes the Bradbury Method, and the level of insight John brings to the leaders he works with.

He lives in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales and works with leaders across Australia.
