  • 10 module program teaching team members to be a high performing team.

  • Program co-facilitated by the manager and Frontline Leader.

  • Training to develop facilitation skills e.g how to facilitate each module.

  • Frequently results in future leaders emerging from the team

  • Techniques to build team spirit.

  • How to improve working relationships.

  • How to build collaboration skills.

  • Increasing confidence amongst the team.

  • Development activities to apply what has been learned.
